Return Policy

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee or Your Money Back

Our goal at Lil’ Diner LLC is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days of your purchase to: Lil' Diner LLC. Attn:RETURNS P.O. Box 521572  Salt Lake City, UT  84152-1572.

We ONLY issue refunds from purchases made directly though either www.lildiner.com and www.babydiner.net.  If purchased from a retailer, please directly contact the retailer were you purchased the product and follow their return guidelines.  However, we honor any and all exchanges for replacement parts and manufacturing errors of all Lil' Diner LLC products no matter where the item was purchased.  Please forward your electronic proof of purchase receipt to info@lildiner.com to inquire about replacement parts. Replacement products obtained in an exchange transaction will only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class/Priority mail with delivery confirmation.    

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Other shipping methods are available upon request; however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

International Shipping is available.  However, expect at least 2 to 3 weeks for delivery in some parts of the world

We will NOT ship international orders until payment is verified and secure.  Delivery confirmation will be emailed to your provided email address when possible, depending on the country/region and customs protocol.
